Cut video clips using Vlc media player

Step 1 » Open VLC media player

Step 2 » Then choose View menu and click Advanced controls.

Step 3 » Now you will see four advanced buttons above the normal play/pause button.

Step 4 » Play any video you want to record /cut. Then click the first button from the left called the Record button.

Step 5 » Again presses the Record button when you want to stop the recording.

Step 6 » The clip will be automatically saved in your Libraries/Videos folder in Windows 7.
